How do I receive a Private Message – what happens?

You can access your Private Messaging inbox by selecting the envelope icon on the menu when you are logged into the site.

A red dot on the envelope means a new message is waiting for you. We’ll send you an email too.

Your inbox is divided into three tabs:

1. All - you'll find all your active conversations here
2. Unread - messages you've yet to read and conversations you need to approve are here
3. Pending - a list of the messages you've sent that are yet to be approved by the recipient
